أبو القاسم يحيى بن أبي المعالي بن علي بن محمد بن الخازن البغدادي البزاز المعروف والده بقشيلة. ومولده في التاسع عشر من المحرم سنة إحدى وخمسين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد. وحدث. وتجنب بعض الفضلاء السماع منه. وقشيلة: بضم القاف وفتح الشين المعجمة وياء آخر الحروف ساكنة ولام مفتوحة وتاء تأنيث.١٥٤٣ - وفي ليلة السادس من رجب توفي الشيخ الأجل الأصيل الفاضل
