أبو العباس أحمد بن عمر بن أحمد القطربلي الأصل الحربي المولد والدار المقرئ المعروف بالخاخي، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. سمع من أبي العباس أحمد بن أبي غالب الزاهد، وأبي محمد عبد الرحمان بن ⦗٣٦٨⦘ زيد بن الفضل الوراق وغيرهما. وحدث، ولنا منه إجازة. والخاخي: بخاءين معجمتين الأولى مفتوحة والثانية مكسورة وهو لقب له، وكان معتزلا عن الناس مشتغلا بالخير. وقطربل: قرية قريبة من الحربية، وقد جاء ذكرها في حديث صفين وهي بضم القاف وسكون الطاء المهملة وبعدها راء مهملة مضمومة وباء موحدة مشددة مضمومة ولام. وقطربل أيضا: قرية مقابل مدينة أمد.١٤٦٩ - وفي جمادى الآخرة توفي الملك الظاهر
