أبو الفتح هبة الله بن أبي القاسم علي بن هبة الله بن أحمد بن يحيى بن رزين البغدادي، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. سمع من أبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى وأبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد وغيرهما. وامتنع من الرواية والإجازة إلى أن مات. وتقلب في خدمة الديوان العزيز (وولي) أستاذية الدار العزيزة والوكالة وغيرهما. ووالده أبو القاسم علي سمع من غير واحد، وكان حافظا للقرآن، حسن القراءة والأداء.١٤٦٧ - وفي الثامن عشر من جمادى الآخرة توفي الشيخ
