أبو السعادات محمد بن أبي القاسم علي بن أحمد ابن الناقد البغدادي بها، ودفن من يومه بمشهد الإمام موسى بن جعفر ﵉ بتربة له هناك. ومولده في جمادى الآخرة سنة أربع وأربعين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى، وأبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد. وكان أحد التجار، وسافر كثيرا إلى الشام، وخراسان، وما وراء النهر، وعاد وتولى خدما.١٤٦٦ - وفي الثاني من جمادى الآخرة توفي الشيخ
