أبو عبد الله محمد بن أحمد بن علي بن خالد الأوشي الحنفي، ببخارى، ودفن بمقبرة كلاباذ. ⦗٣٦٢⦘ سمع من أبي حفص عمر بن محمد بن علي الزرنجري، وحدث عنه ببغداد. وكان أحد الفقهاء الحنفية -سكن بخارى ودرس بها مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة ﵁. وأوش: بضم الهمزة وسكون الواو وبعدها شين معجمة، بلدة من بلاد فرغانة. وزرنجرى: بفتح الزاي وبعدها راء مهملة مفتوحة ونون ساكنة وجيم مفتوحة وراء مهملة قرية من قرى بخارى، ويقال لها أيضا: زرنكرى.١٤٥٤ - وفي الثالث عشر من صفر توفي الشيخ الأجل الصالح
