أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الوهاب بن محمد بن عبد الوهاب بن هبة الله بن عبد الله ابن السيبي، ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب أبرز بتربة الشيخ أبي إسحاق الشيرازي ﵁. ومولده في ليلة الثامن عشر من ذي الحجة سنة ثلاث وأربعين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي المظفر محمد بن أحمد المعروف بابن التريكي، وأبي الوقت السجزي وغيرهما. وحدث. وهو منسوب إلى السيب بكسر السين المهملة وسكون الياء آخر الحروف وبعدها باء موحدة وهي ناحية من سواد العراق من أعمال بغداد.١٤٣١ - وفي العشرين من شوال توفيت الشيخة
