أبو الربيع سليمان بن عبد الله بن يوسف الهواري الجلولي المقرئ الضرير، بالقاهرة، وهو في عشر الستين. قرأ القرآن الكريم بالقراءات وكانت له معرفة بها. واشتغل بالأدب والتفسير. وسمع من العلامة أبي محمد عبد الله بن بري النحوي، وسمع معنا من شيخنا الحافظ أبي الحسن علي بن المفضل المقدسي. وأقرأ. وأم بالناس بالمدرسة الصاحبية بالقاهرة مدة. كتبت عنه شيئا. وكان دينا عفيفا كثير البر والإيثار لأصحابه مع ما هو عليه من التقلل من الدنيا.١٤٢٠ - وفي ليلة الحادي والعشرين من شعبان توفي الشيخ
