أبو محمد عبد المنعم بن أبي نصر حمد بن الحسين الباجسرائي الحنبلي العدل ببغداد ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. ومولده تقديرا سنة خمسين وخمس مئة. تفقه ببغداد على مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل ﵁ على الفقيه أبي الفتح نصر بن فتيان ابن المني. وسمع من فخر النساء شهدة بنت أحمد الكاتبة وغيرها. وحدث. ودرس في مسجد شيخه أبي الفتح بعد وفاته. وكان فاضلا. وباجسرا: قرية كبيرة بنواحي بغداد بينها وبينها عشرة فراسخ وهي بفتح الباء الموحدة وبعد الألف جيم مكسورة وسين مهملة ساكنة وراء مفتوحة.١٤٠٤ - وفي السابع والعشرين من جمادى الأولى توفي الشيخ الأجل
