أبو إسحاق يوسف بن أبي حامد محمد ابن القاضي الفقيه أبي الفضل محمد بن عمر بن يوسف الأرموي الأصل البغدادي المولد والدار الأقفالي الإبري، ببغداد، ودفن من يومه بباب أبرز عند جده. ومولده ببغداد سنة ست وعشرين وخمس مئة. سمع من جده القاضي أبي الفضل محمد بن عمر، ومن أبي الحسن علي بن هبة الله بن عبد السلام، وأبي عمر صافي بن عبد الله الساوي وغيرهم. وحدث. ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من بغداد. والأقفالي: نسبة إلى عمل الأقفال. والإبري: نسبة إلى عمل الإبر.١٣٩٦ - وفي شهر ربيع الآخر توفي الفقيه
