أبو نصر محمد بن عبد الله بن علي بن أحمد بن الفرج بن إبراهيم المعروف بابن أخي نصر العكبري الأصل البغدادي الدباس، ودفن من يومه عند باب شارع دار الرقيق. ومولده في جمادى الأولى سنة خمسين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد، وأبي طالب المبارك بن علي بن خضير، وأبي بكر أحمد بن المقرب الكرخي، وأبي القاسم يحيى بن ثابت بن بندار، وأبي بكر عبد الله بن محمد ابن النقور وغيرهم. وحدث.١٣٨٩ - وفي ليلة الثالث والعشرين من شهر ربيع الأول توفي الشيخ الفقيه الصالح
