أبو الفضل شجاع ابن الشيخ أبي الحسن سالم بن علي بن سلامة ابن البيطار البغدادي الحريمي المعروف بابن خضير، ببغداد، ودفن بباب حرب. سمع من أبي بكر أحمد بن علي ابن الأشقر حضورا. وسمع من القاضي أبي الفضل محمد بن عمر الأرموي، والزاهد أبي العباس أحمد بن أبي غالب، وأبي المظفر هبة الله بن أحمد ابن الشبلي، وأبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى وغيرهم. وحدث. وأخوه أبو القاسم ظفر بن سالم، سمع من غير واحد، وحدث وسيأتي ذكره -إن شاء الله تعالى-. ووالدهما أبو الحسن سالم بن علي، سمع من غير واحد، وحدث. وخضير: بضم الخاء وفتح الضاد المعجمتين وياء آخر الحروف ساكنة وراء مهملة.١٣٠٩ - وفي الثاني عشر من شعبان توفي الشيخ الصالح
