أبو عبد الله محمد بن أبي بكر محمد بن علي بن عبد العزيز البغدادي الدارقزي السمذي، ببغداد، ودفن من يومه بباب حرب. ومولده في رجب سنة أربعين وخمس مئة. وهو ابن أخت شيخنا أبي حفص عمر بن طبرزذ وختنه على ابنته. سمع معه وبإفادته، من أبي العباس أحمد بن أبي غالب ابن الطلاية الزاهد، وأبي علي أحمد بن أحمد ابن الخراز وغيرهما. وحدث، ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من بغداد في شوال سنة سبع وست مئة.١٢٢٨ - وفي التاسع من صفر توفي الشيخ الصالح
