أبو زكريا يحيى بن أبي الفتح بن عمر بن الطباخ الحراني الضرير، بحران. تفقه ببغداد على مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل ﵁ وسمع بها من أبي ⦗٢١٤⦘ محمد عبد الله بن أحمد ابن الخشاب، وأبي الحسين عبد الحق بن عبد الخالق بن أحمد بن يوسف، والكاتبة شهدة بنت الإبري وجماعة سواهم. ومضى إلى واسط فقرأ بها القرآن الكريم بالقراءات على القاضي أبي الفضل هبة الله بن علي بن قسام الواسطي وغيره. وسمع بها من القاضي أبي طالب محمد بن علي ابن الكتاني. وحدث.١١٧٣ - وفي الثاني والعشرين من ذي القعدة توفي الشيخ الصالح
