أبو المنصور المظفر بن إبراهيم بن محمد بن علي البغدادي الحربي القارئ المعروف بابن البرني، ⦗٢١٣⦘ ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. سمع من جده لأمه أبي محمد عبد الرحمان بن علي بن الأشقر المعروف بابن البرني، والقاضي أبي الحسن محمد بن محمد ابن الفراء. وحدث. ومولده سنة خمس عشرة وخمس مئة. ويقال إنه آخر من حدث عن أبي الحسين ابن الفراء ببغداد. وولداه أبو إسحاق إبراهيم، وأبو بكر سمعا وحدثا ويأتي ذكرهما -إن شاء الله تعالى- وعمها ذاكر الله بن إبراهيم سمع وحدث وتقدم ذكره.١١٧١ - وفي شوال توفي الأجل الأصيل
