أبو الفضائل هبة الله بن سلامة بن المسلم بن أحمد بن علي اللخمي الشافعي المنعوت بأمين الدولة، بمصر، ودفن من الغد بسفح المقطم. حضرت الصلاة عليه وكان الجمع متوفرا من الأعيان وغيرهم. ومولده تقديرا في أواخر سنة ثلاثين أو أوائل سنة إحدى وثلاثين وخمس مئة. سمع ببغداد من فخر النساء شهده بنت أحمد بن عمر الإبري. وسمع بالاسكندرية من الحافظ أبي طاهر أحمد بن محمد الأصبهاني. وحدث. رأيته غير مرة ولم يتفق لي السماع منه. وهو والد شيخنا الإمام أبي الحسن علي بن هبة الله المعروف بابن الجميزي.١١٧٠ - وفي ليلة الحادي والعشرين من شوال توفي الشيخ الصالح
