أبو الحسن أرمانوس بن عبد الله الرومي الشرفي مولى أبي العباس محمد بن علي الزينبي، بالمارستان العضدي، ودفن بمقبرته. سمع في صحبة سيده من أبي المظفر هبة الله بن أحمد ابن الشبلي، وأبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد وغيرهما. وحدث. ونسبته بالشرفي إلى ولاء شرف الدين أبي القاسم علي بن طراد الزينبي. ⦗١٨١⦘ والشرفي أيضا: منسوب إلى الشرف، موضع بمصر بقرب الرصد نسب إليه غير واحد من الرواة. والشرفي أيضا منسوب إلى الشرف من سواد إشبيلية. والشرفي أيضا: منسوب إلى ولاء شرف الدين نوشروان بن خالد الوزير.١١٠٩ - وفي الخامس والعشرين من جمادى الآخرة توفي الشيخ الأجل الأصيل
