أبو الفرج إسماعيل ابن الشيخ أبي المظفر المبارك بن أبي الفرج محمد بن مكارم بن سكينة البغدادي الأنماطي، بإربل، ودفن بها. ومولده في أواخر رجب سنة أربع وخمسين وخمس مئة. سمع من والده، ومن أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد، وتمني بنت علي بن أحمد بن عليان البواب، وغيرهم. وحدث. ووالده أبو المظفر المبارك سمع من غير واحد، وحدث. وأخته محبوبة بنت المبارك سمعت، وحدثت. وسكينة: بكسر السين المهملة وتشديد الكاف وكسرها وفتح النون وبعدها تاء تأنيث، وهم (بيت) معروفون بالرواية.٩٦٧ - وفي الثالث عشر من رجب توفي السيد الشريف
