أبو الفضل عبد المنعم بن عبد العزيز ابن النطروني الاسكندراني المالكي، ببغداد، ودفن بمقبرة الشونيزي من الغد. وكان أقام بالموصل مدة واشتغل على الشيخ أبي الحرم مكي بن ريان بن شبة. وورد بغداد، وكان فيه فضل وله شعر حسن. ونفذ رسولا من الديوان العزيز إلى يحيى الميورقي وتوجه إليه وعاد. وولي النظر بالمارستان العضدي. وكان شيخا للصوفية برباط العميد ببغداد.٩٦٥ - وفي الثالث والعشرين من جمادى الآخرة توفي القاضي الأجل
