أبو سعيد طاشتكين بن عبد الله المستنجدي، بتستر، وصلي عليه بها، وحمل إلى الكوفة فدفن بتربة مشهد أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب ﵁ في تربة له هناك. ⦗٨٤⦘ سمع من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي بن أحمد، وأبي الحسن علي بن عساكر البطائحي، وغيرهما. وكان أحد مماليك الإمام المستنجد بالله أبي المظفر يوسف، وصار بعده لولده الإمام المستضيء بأمر الله أبي محمد الحسن. وتولى إمرة حاج العراق سنين كثيرة. وولي إمارة الحلة المزيدية مدة، ثم ولي تستر وخوزستان وأعمالها. وكان جميل السيرة سمحا.٩٢٦ - وفي ليلة العشرين من رجب توفي الشيخ
