أبو المظفر ضياء بن أبي محمد صالح بن كامل بن أبي غالب البغدادي الخفاف، ⦗٧٢⦘ بدمشق، ودفن من الغد عند مقابر الشهداء. أجاز له أبو منصور محمد بن عبد الملك بن خيرون، وأبو محمد عبد الله بن علي المقرئ المعروف بابن بنت الشيخ، وأبو الحسن أحمد بن عبد الله بن علي ابن الأبنوسي، وأبو الحسن علي بن هبة الله بن علي بن زهمويه، وأبو الفتح عبد الملك بن أبي القاسم الكروخي، وأبو الفضل محمد بن عمر الأرموي، ومحمد بن ناصر السلامي، وغيرهم. وحدث ببغداد. ويقال: اسمه المظفر. وهو ابن أخي المبارك بن كامل الخفاف، وهو الذي استجاز له.٩٠٠ - وفي العشرين من شعبان توفي الشيخ الأجل الصالح
