أبو محمد بن علي بن سلطان الشافعي الواعظ المؤدب المنعوت بالمهذب، بمصر. سمع من أبي القبائل عشير بن علي المزارع، وغيره، وصحب أبا عبد الله محمد بن إبراهيم الكيزاني. اجتمعت معه مرات، ولم يتفق لي السماع منه، وكان فيه تمييز وأدب. وعلم الناس القرآن الكريم والخط مدة طويلة.٨٨١ - وفي ليلة الحادي عشر من شهر ربيع الآخر توفيت الشيخة الصالحة
