أبو محمد عبد الوهاب بن هبة الله بن محمود بن ليث البزاز المعروف بالجلالي. ومولده سنة ثلاث وعشرين وخمس مئة. وكتب بخطه مرة أخرى أنه سنة أربع وعشرين. أجاز له أبو العز أحمد بن عبيد الله بن كادش، وأبو القاسم هبة الله بن محمد بن الحصين، وهبة الله بن أحمد الحريري، وأبو غالب بن الحسن ابن البناء، وأبوا بكر: محمد بن عبد الباقي الأنصاري ومحمد بن الحسين المزرفي، وغيرهم. ولنا منه إجازة كتب بها إلينا من دمشق في شوال سنة خمس وتسعين وخمس مئة. والجلالي: بفتح الجيم وتخفيف اللام.٨٦٣ - وفي الخامس من المحرم توفي الشيخ
