أبو البقاء يعيش بن نجم بن عبد الله البغدادي المأموني الفرضي الحاسب الوكيل الواعظ، ⦗٤١⦘ ببغداد، ودفن من الغد بالجانب الغربي. ومولده سنة تسع وعشرين وخمس مئة. سمع من أبوي القاسم: سعيد بن أحمد ابن البناء، وعبد الله بن أحمد بن يوسف، ويقال: إنه سمع من القاضي أبي بكر الأنصاري. وكان عالما بالفرائض وقسمة التركات، وكتابة الشروط. ويعظ.٨٢٧ - وفي الرابع عشر من شوال توفي الشيخ الصالح
