أبو الفتوح نصر بن علي بن منصور الحلي النحوي المعروف بابن الخازن، بالحلة المزيدية، ودفن بكربلا بمشهد الإمام الحسين بن علي ﵉. قرأ النحو ببغداد على أبي محمد الحسن بن علي بن عبيدة، وغيره. وسمع من أبي الفرج عبد المنعم بن كليب الحراني، وأبي القاسم هبة الله بن الحسين ابن السبط، وأبي طاهر المبارك بن المبارك بن هبة الله ابن المعطوش، وجماعة في طبقتهم. ويقال: كانت وفاته في الثالث والعشرين من جمادى الآخرة. وكان فاضلا. كتب الكثير.٧٩٧ - وفي الخامس والعشرين من جمادى الأولى توفي الشيخ
