مريم بنت فائز، ويقال: أبو الفائز، مظفر بن داود بن بركة النهرواني الأزجي ويعرف بالبازبازي. سمعت مع أبيها من القاضي أبي الفضل محمد بن عمر الأرموي. وحدثت. ⦗٢٠⦘ وقد تقدم ذكر والدها المظفر. والبازبازي: بالباء الموحدة المكررة والزاي المكسورة المكررة ويشبه أن يكون نسبة إلى البازي وتعهده وحفظه. وقد نسبوا إلى خدمة البازي بازيازي، بعد الزاي الأولى ياء آخر الحروف. والنهروان؛ بليدة قديمة بالقرب من بغداد، ولها عدة نواح نسب إليها غير واحد من أهل العلم. ويقال: إن بالمغرب أيضا موضعا يسمى النهروان.٧٨١ - وفي ليلة الرابع من شهر ربيع الآخر توفي الشيخ
