أبو بكر محمد بن (أبي) عبد الله الحسين بن أبي الفتح طاهر بن مكي النهرواني الأزجي (الحذاء النعال، ودفن بمقبرة الفيل بباب الأزج). ومولده في صفر سنة ثمان عشرة وخمس مئة. سمع من أبي عبد الله محمد بن محمد ابن السلال، وأبوي الفضل: الأرموي وابن ناصر، وأبي بكر محمد بن عبيد الله ابن الزاغوني، وأبي العباس أحمد بن أبي غالب، وأبي سعد أحمد بن محمد ابن البغدادي، وغيرهم. وحدث، ولنا منه إجازة.٧٠٧ - وفي ليلة السادس من صفر توفي الشيخ
