أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن منصور بن المسلم الشافعي المصري المعروف بالعراقي، بمصر، ودفن بسفح المقطم. وكان مولده بمصر سنة عشر وخمس مئة. ورحل إلى بغداد وتفقه بها على مذهب الإمام الشافعي –﵁ وأقام بها مدة فقيل له العراقي لإقامته بالعراق تلك المدة، وعاد إلى مصر وتولى الخطابة بجامعها العتيق والإمامة به والتصدر. وشرح كتاب (المهذب) لأبي إسحاق الشيرازي –﵁، وانتفع به، وأخذ عنه جماعة من الفضلاء. ولم يزل على الخطابة والإمامة ⦗٣٥٦⦘ والإفادة إلى حين وفاته، ومضى على سداد وأمر جميل.٥٣٣ - وفي التاسع والعشرين من جمادى الأولى توفي الشيخ الفقيه
