أبو الوليد محمد ابن القاضي الفقيه أبي القاسم أحمد ابن الإمام قاضي الجماعة أبي الوليد محمد بن أحمد بن أحمد بن رشد القرطبي، ⦗٣٢٢⦘ بمراكش. ومولده سنة عشرين وخمس مئة قبل وفاة جده القاضي أبي الوليد بأشهر. سمع من الفقيه أبي مروان عبد الملك بن مسرة، وحدث عنه بإشبيلية وغيرها. وبيته بيت العلم والرياسة. حدث عنه الحافظ أبو الربيع الكلاعي.٤٧٠ - وفي ليلة الحادي عشر من شهر ربيع الأول توفي الشيخ الصالح
