أبو المفاخر عبد الله بن محمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن علي بن أحمد بن أمامة ابن السند المقرئ الواسطي النحوي، بالقاهرة. قرأ القرآن الكريم بالقراءات، وأقرأه، وأم بالناس بالجامع الأزهر بالقاهرة مدة، وحدث عن أبي بكر عبد الله بن منصور بن عمران الباقلاني، وعلي بن محمد بن علي الواسطي، وغيرهما. وحدث؛ سمع منه جماعة من شيوخنا ورفقائنا. والسند: بفتح السين المهملة وبعدها نون مفتوحة ودال مهملة.٤٥٣ - وفي الثالث من ذي الحجة توفي الشيخ الأديب
