أبو القاسم يحيى بن علي ابن الوزان الواسطي، بالموصل. وحدث بشيء من شعره، وكانت له معرفة بالأدب والكتابة، وترك ذلك ولزم التجريد وصار مع الفقراء إلى أن توفي. والوزان: (بفتح الواو) وتشديد الزاي وفتحها وبعد الألف نون.٤٤١ - وفي الثاني من جمادى الآخرة توفي الشيخ
