أبو إسحاق إبراهيم ابن الشيخ الفقيه أبي محمد عبد القادر بن أبي صالح الجيلي الأصل البغدادي المولد بواسط، ودفن بها. سمع من أبي القاسم سعيد بن أبي غالب أحمد بن الحسن ابن البناء، وأبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى وطبقتهما. ⦗٢٧٣⦘ وجيل: بكسر الجيم وسكون الياء آخر الحروف وبعدها لام: بلاد متفرقة وراء طبرستان. ويقال لها أيضا: جيلان، وكيلان.٣٧٢ - وفي هذه السنة أيضا، أو في سنة إحدى وتسعين، توفي الشيخ
