بلقيس ابنة سليمان بن أحمد ابن الوزير الأجل نظام الملك أبي علي الحسن بن علي بن إسحاق المدعوة بخاتون، ⦗٢٦٠⦘ ببغداد، ودفنت بمقبرة الشونيزي. ومولدها بأصبهان سنة سبع عشرة وخمس مئة وبها نشأت. وسمعت بها من الأديب أبي عبد الله الحسين بن عبد الملك الخلال، وأبي الفرج سعيد بن أبي الرجاء الصيرفي، وأم إبراهيم فاطمة بنت عبد الله الجوزدانية، وغيرهم. وحدثت ببغداد.٣٤٦ - وفي الثاني والعشرين من رجب توفي الشيخ الصالح
