أبو العباس أحمد بن عثمان بن أبي علي بن مهدي الكردي الإربلي، بإربل، ودفن من الغد. سمع ببغداد من أبي الفضل أحمد بن طاهر الميهني، وأبي الكرم المبارك بن الحسن ابن الشهرزوري وغيرهما. وبأصبهان من أبي القاسم هبة الله بن محمد بن حنة العدل وبهراة من أبي الوقت عبد الأول بن عيسى. وحدث بإربل، والموصل. وحنة: بفتح الحاء المهملة وتشديد النون وفتحها وبعدها تاء تأنيث.٢٨٥ - وفي الرابع عشر من شهر رمضان توفيت الشريفة
