أبو شجاع عيسى ابن الشيخ الأجل الصالح أبي محمد عبد الرحمن بن زيد بن الفضل الوراق البغدادي العتابي، ببغداد، ودفن بباب حرب. سمع من جده لأمه أبي السعود أحمد بن علي ابن المجلي، وأبي القاسم ابن الحصين، وأبي المواهب أحمد بن محمد بن ملوك الوراق وغيرهم. وحدث. وذكر ما يدل على أنه ولد في سنة خمس عشرة وخمس مئة. وهو منسوب إلى العتابيين المحلة المشهورة بغربي بغداد. وقد حدث أبوه أبو محمد عن الحافظ أبي النرسي وغيره.٢٢٠ - وفي الخامس والعشرين من ذي الحجة توفي الشيخ
