أبو الفتح محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن قنبر البغدادي العتابي البزاز المعروف بابن المجلي، ودفن من الغد بباب حرب. سمع من أبي العباس أحمد بن علي بن قريش. وحدث. وهو منسوب إلى العتابيين أحد المحال بالجانب (الغربي) من مدينة السلام. والعتابي أيضا: منسوب إلى محلة يقال لها دار عتاب. ⦗١٤٥⦘ والعتابي أيضا: منسوب إلى غير واحد من ولد عتاب بن أسيد وغيره. وقنبر: بضم القاف وسكون النون وضم الباء الموحدة وآخره راء مهملة. والمجلي: بضم الميم وسكون الجيم وكسر اللام.١٢٣ - وفي شوال توفي الشيخ الفقيه الحافظ
