    ١٣٥٥ - أسماء بن رِئَاب ابن معاوية بن مالك بن سِلّى (¬١) - وهو الحارث - بن رفاعة بن عُذْرة بن عَدِيّ بن شميس بن طرود بن قدامة بن جرم، وهو الذي خاصم بني عقيل إلى النبي، ﷺ، في العقيق فقضى به لجرم - فهذا عقيق في أرض بني عامر بن صعصعة وليس هو الذي بالمدينة - وقال أسماء: - وإني أخو جرم كما قد علمتم … إذا اجتمعت عند النبي المجامعُ فإن أنتم لم تقنعوا بقضائه … فإني بما قال النبي لقانعُ (¬٢) * * *
