١١٣٢ - أبو عَقْرَب بن خُوَيْلِد ابن خالد بن بُجَيْر (¬١) بن عمرو بن حِمَاس بن عُرَيْج (¬٢) بن بكر بن عَبْد مَنَاة بن كِنَانة وهم بيت بني عُرَيْج. أسلم أبو عَقْرَب بن خُوَيْلِد يوم فتح مكة، وابنه عمرو بن أَبِي عَقْرَب بن خُوَيْلِد أدرك النبي، ﷺ، أيضًا ورآه وروى عنه وهو أبو أبي نوفل بن عمرو بن أبي عقرب، واسم أبي نوفل معاوية.قال: أخبرني بذلك عبد الله بن عثمان بن حمزة بن عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب وهو ابن ابنة أبي نوفل، وكان آل أَبِي عقرب قد سكنوا المدينة ثم انتقلوا إلى البصرة فنزلوها بعد، ولهم بها بقية. * * *
