٧٦٠ - قَيْس أبو الصّلت (¬١) الغِفَاريّ وكان ينزل بناحية غَيْقَة (¬٢)، وأسلَم حين انصرف المشركون عَنِ الخَنْدَق، وكان صديقًا للحارث بن هشام بن المغيرة، ونزل به الحارث حين انهزم مِنْ بدرٍ وحمله على بعير وبعث غلامه على بعير آخر حتى قَدِمَ به مكة، واعترض للحارث بن هشام حين أَقْبَلَ مع قريش إلى أُحُد وأهدى لهُ، وكانا يتواصلان حتى هداهما الله للإسلام، فالتقيا بالسُّقْيا، فقالا: الحمد لله الذي هدانا للإسلام، رُبّما أوضعنا في هذا الطريق في الباطل. * * *
