    ٢٧٠١- رومان، سكن الشام «٢» : روى عن النبيّ ﵌، حكاه أبو القاسم البغويّ، عن البخاريّ، ولم يذكر حديثه وأظنه رومان بن بعجة، بن زيد بن عميرة الجذاميّ. وقد روى ابن شاهين حديثه من طريق يحيى بن سعيد الأمويّ، عن ابن إسحاق، عن حميد بن رومان بن بعجة عن أبيه، قال: وفد، رفاعة بن زيد الجذاميّ إلى النبيّ ﵌، وكتب له كتابا.. فذكر الحديث. وقد رواه إسماعيل بن عيّاش، عن حميد بن رومان، فقال: عن زيادة بن سعد بن رفاعة بن زيد عن أبيه أن رفاعة بن زيد وفده ... فذكره.
