    يونس بن أحمد بن صلاح الشيخ الإمام المفتي شرف الدين أبو النون القرقشندي الشافعي.كان فقيه مصر، وسمع من عبد الهادي قطعة من الموطأ، وطلب السماع عليه، فامتنع. وكان معيداً بزاوية الشافعي بجامع مصر. وتوفي - رحمه الله تعالى - في حادي عشري شهر ربيع الآخر سنة خمسٍ وعشرين وسبع مئة، ودفن بالقرافة. وقع في وقتٍ بينه وبين الشمس المحوجب نزاع في مسألة، وانفصلا من غير تراضٍ، فجاء إليه المحوجب ثاني يوم، واستغفر له، وقال: رأيت الشافعي في النوم، وقال: لا تنازعه فإنه ينقل مذهبي.
