    يوسف بن داود بن عيسى ابن محمد بن أيوب، الملك الأوحد نجم الدين أبو المحاسن ابن الملك الناصر صلاح الدين أبي المظفر ابن الملك المعظم شرف الدين ابن الملك العادل أبي بكر. كان من أعيان أولاد الملوك وأكابرهم المشهورين بالفضل والديانة والجلالة والمكانة والتقدم في المجالس عند الملوك، وكان يُحسن الى الضعفاء والمرضى، يفرّق عليهم الأكحال والأدهان وغير ذلك بالقدس. وتوفي سنة ثمان وتسعين وست مئة بالقدس، ودفن برباطه بالقدس عند باب حطّه. ومولده في سنة ثمان وعشرين وست مئة.
