يحيى بن أحمد بن يوسف ابن كامل، السيد العدل الرضي عماد الدين بن شهاب الدين الشريف الحسيني، عرف بالبصراوي، ناظر ديوان الأشراف. قال شيخنا علم الدين البرزالي: كان رجلاً جيداً متواضعاً عدلاً من أهل السنّة، روى لنا عن ابن الصلاح، وابن مسلمة، وسمع من ابن البراذعي، وعتيق السلماني، والسخاوي، وغيرهم. وتوفي رحمه الله تعالى ثاني عشر شهر ربيع الأول سنة خمس وسبع مئة. ومولده في شهر رمضان سنة ست وعشرين وست مئة.
