وهبان بن علي ابن محفوظ بن أبي الحياء السبتي، الشيخ زين الدين أبو الكرم المؤذن بباب السلطان، الجزري. قال شيخنا علم الدين البرزالي: روى لنا عن ابن باقا الجزء الثالث من البيوع من مسائل الإمام أحمد الأثرم، قرأته عليه بمنزله في علوّ خان مسرور بالقاهرة. وتوفي رحمه الله تعالى في شهر ربيع الأول سنة تسع وتسعين وست مئة. ومولده سنة أربع وست مئة بجزيرة ابن عمر.
