مظفر بن عبد الله ابن مظفر بن قرناص الشيخ فتح الدين أبو الفتح بن بدر الدين بن قرناص الخزاعي الحموي. سمع بدمشق من ابن أبي اليسر سنة سبعين وست مئة. وحدّث عنه، وسمع منه ابن طويل وجماعة.وكان من أعيان بلده وعدولها، وله نظم. وولي نظر المعرّة، ونظر الجامع بحماة، وله مُلك يقوم بأمره. وتوفي - رحمه الله تعالى - في نصف المحرّم سنة ثلاثين وسبع مئة بحماة.
