محمد بن محمود بن ناصر ابن ابراهيم، الشيخ الفقيه المقرئ المجوّد شمس الدين ابن الشيخ نجم الدين الزّرعي الدمشقي المعروف بابن البصال.كان مُقرئاً جيداً عارفاً بالقراءات، حسن الصوت، مليح الأداء، أمّ بدار الحديث الأشرفية مدة، وكان الناس يقصدون الصلاة خلفه في التراويح فيمتلئ المكان ويزدحم. وكان صيّناً ديّناً متواضعاً ظاهر الخير، وتصدّر للإقراء مدة. وتوفي رحمه الله تعالى في سادس ذي الحجة سنة ثمان وعشرين وسبع مئة وقد تجاوز الأربعين من عمره.
