محمد بن محمود بن محمد ابن بندار، الشيخ بدر الدين التبريزي الشافعي. كان رجلاً مباركاً معروفاً بالصلاح، ولي القضاء في أماكن متعددة، منها القدس وبعلبك، ثم إنه نُقل من القدس الى بلد الخليل ﵇ خطيباً، فأقام أشهراً يسيرة. ومات رحمه الله تعالى في عاشر شوال سنة خمس وعشرين وسبع مئة.
