محمد بن سليمان بن أبي العز بن وهيب الإمام المفتي شمس الدين ابن قاضي القضاة صدر الدين الحنفي مدرس النورية والعذراوية.كان من كبار الحنفية مقصوداً بالفتوى، أفتى نيفاً وثلاثين سنة، وناب في القضاء عن والده، وكان منقبضاً عن الناس. توفي - رحمه الله تعالى - نهار الجمعة سادس عشر ذي الحجة سنة تسع وتسعين وست مئة. وكانت له إجازة بعد سنة خمسين وست مئة، ولم يحدث.
