غنايم بن إسماعيل بن خليل الشيخ الصالح أبو محمد التدمري الخواص بقرية راوية بقبر الست من غوطة دمشق. كان رجلاً مباركاً معروفاً بالصلاح والديانة من البيانية. سمع من الشيخ تقي الدين بن الواسطي، وكان عنده فهم، وله شعر، ويحفظ جملة من اللغة. وكان حسن الأخلاق، أخبر باليوم الذي، يموت فيه وصدق. وتوفي رحمه الله تعالى في رابع عشري شهر شوال سنة أربع وعشرين وسبع مئة، تجاوز الثمانين.
