عبد الله بن محمد بن فضل الله القاضي شمس الدين بن القاضي فخر الدين ناظر الجيوش. نشأ في حياة والده، وتأهل للمناصب. وتوفي رحمه الله تعالى في شعبان سنة أربع عشرة وسبع مئة. وفقده والده، وكتب الأمير سيف الدين تنكز إلى والده وعزاه فيه.
