سليمان بن قايماز بن عبد الله الشيخ الصالح أبو الربيع عتيق كافور النوري. قال شيخنا علم الدين البرزالي: كان رجلاً جيداً، سمعنا عليه بحلب ودمشق، وروى لنا عن ابن رواحة جزء ابن ملابس، وكان مقيماً بالمدرسة الأتابكية ظاهر حلب. توفي رحمه الله تعالى رابع عشر شهر ربيع الآخر سنة ثمان وتسعين وست مئة. ومولده سنة إحدى وعشرين وست مئة بحلب.
